Katy Spirits Hoop Delivery Device
This is a feeding device for performing hoop molding using a vertical injection molding machine.
An AC servo motor is used for the feeding mechanism of the hoop material, allowing for the setting and switching of feeding amounts for each type. The lift mechanism synchronously raises this device during the product protrusion operation of the molding machine, holding the device only with an air cylinder, and after the protrusion descends, it performs the material feeding and seating operation. The incoming side unit is equipped with a tension mechanism that applies a constant pressure tension while performing the feeding operation of the hoop material.
